Only humans read. It is what sets us apart from all other living things. Just look at the face of someone reading. It’s like nothing else.

I WOULD rather imagine the world in a book than to watch a film. Before I went to sleep at night my father and mother always read me little stories. I loved that time. In school I started to read books for myself. I like to buy books because I don’t like to part with them! I don’t like to even loan them [give them to someone for a short time] because they are so valuable to me. I love to underline them and write my thoughts in them. Later on I go back and read what I wrote in them.

It’s hard to pick one book, but I think the Picture of Dorian Grey by Oscar Wilde is my favorite book. It’s a very great story. There are a lot of right thoughts in the book. Every really good book must teach you about life I think.
